Now our view of Trafola has been more consolidated, and we are able to revise some of the concepts introduced in the previous papers (Notes on TrafoLa, I - III). This paper contains the recent changes of the design of TrafoLa and the reasons for them. "New" TrafoLa is presented in another paper (Notes on TrafoLa, V).
